1. App Copyright

The Veluma application, including its name, logo, user interface design, original text, graphics, and software (excluding third-party components, Bible text, and user-submitted content listed below), is © 2026 Solvena Labs. All rights reserved. No part of the App may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Solvena Labs, except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Bible Text and Translations

Bible verse text displayed in the App is retrieved live from the Free Use Bible API (bible.helloao.org), operated by AO Lab, a nonprofit organization. The underlying API software is licensed under the MIT License. However, each individual Bible translation available through the API carries its own license, which may differ from translation to translation.

For example, the Berean Standard Bible (BSB) is released into the public domain. Other translations available through the API may be freely usable but subject to their own attribution or usage terms, as specified by their publisher.

Veluma does not claim ownership of any Bible translation text. The license applicable to a given translation can be viewed via the translation's publisher website, as referenced by the Free Use Bible API. If you are a translation rights holder and have questions about the use of your text within Veluma, please contact us using the details in Section 6.

3. Third-Party Software and Open-Source Licenses

Veluma is built using Flutter and Dart (Google LLC / Dart open-source project) and relies on a number of third-party open-source packages, each governed by its own license (e.g. MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0). A complete, automatically generated list of all open-source packages used in this App and their respective licenses is available within the App under:

Key infrastructure and service providers used by the App include:

• Supabase (backend infrastructure) — see supabase.com for licensing/terms of their platform
• RevenueCat (subscription management) — see revenuecat.com for licensing/terms of their platform
• Google AdMob (advertising) — see policies.google.com/technologies/ads for licensing/terms of their platform

4. User-Submitted Content

Content you submit within the App (such as your display name, bio, or selected "key verse") remains your property. By submitting it, you grant Solvena Labs a limited license to display and process it as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

5. Trademarks

"Veluma" and the Veluma logo are trademarks of Solvena Labs. Apple, the App Store, Google, and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility and distribution, without implying endorsement.

If you believe that content within the App infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient detail to identify the content and your claim of ownership at:
